Where Culinary Foundations Meet Future Leadership

The CTH Level II Diploma in Culinary Skills, offered by the International Institute of Gastronomy (IIG), Nepal, is a globally recognized program that prepares aspiring chefs, food enthusiasts, and future restaurateurs for success in the culinary and hospitality industry. Accredited by the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH), United Kingdom, and certified by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Nepal, this dual-recognized qualification equips students with essential culinary techniques, professional discipline, and the creativity required in modern kitchens. At IIG, learning goes beyond recipes, students train in professional kitchens through immersive, hands-on sessions and real-world simulations that build confidence, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Graduates are ready to begin their careers in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations, or take the first steps toward starting their own cafés, bakeries, or restaurants. With this strong foundation and international recognition, IIG students are empowered to pursue global culinary careers or advanced qualifications, making them part of the next generation of Nepal’s culinary leaders.

With over 800 hours of intensive training, the program extends to real industry exposure through a six-month internship at renowned hospitality establishments within the Kathmandu Valley.
