The CTH Level II Diploma in Culinary Skills, offered by the International Institute of Gastronomy (IIG), Nepal, is a globally recognized program that prepares aspiring chefs, food enthusiasts, and future restaurateurs for success in the culinary and hospitality industry. Accredited by the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality (CTH), United Kingdom, and certified by the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT), Nepal, this dual-recognized qualification equips students with essential culinary techniques, professional discipline, and the creativity required in modern kitchens. At IIG, learning goes beyond recipes, students train in professional kitchens through immersive, hands-on sessions and real-world simulations that build confidence, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
