  • Sashimi: Tuna Sashimi, Salmon Sashimi
  • Specialty Sushi: Sushi with Kani ( Crabstick), Sushi with Toro (Fatty Tuna), Sushi with Ikura (Salmon Roe / Homemade Caviar)
  • Sauces and Condiments: Soy Sauce (Traditional and Flavored Variants), Ponzu Sauce, Eel Sauce (Unagi no Tare), Wasabi, Pickled Ginger (Gari) and Teriyaki sauce
