- Maki Rolls: Basic Maki Roll (Cucumber, Tuna, Salmon), Uramaki (Inside-Out Rolls), Dragon Roll, Rainbow Roll
- Sashimi: Tuna Sashimi, Salmon Sashimi
- Specialty Sushi: Sushi with Kani ( Crabstick), Sushi with Toro (Fatty Tuna), Sushi with Ikura (Salmon Roe / Homemade Caviar)
- Sauces and Condiments: Soy Sauce (Traditional and Flavored Variants), Ponzu Sauce, Eel Sauce (Unagi no Tare), Wasabi, Pickled Ginger (Gari) and Teriyaki sauce
