Elevate your culinary expertise with the Certificate III in Commercial Cookery!

This flagship program is designed for those ready to take their skills to the next level, focusing on advanced cooking methods, kitchen management, and menu planning. Students will gain practical experience through a structured internship, participating in real food service operations during their internship. Graduates are well-prepared for rewarding careers as line cooks, chef de partie, or kitchen supervisors in various culinary settings, including restaurants, hotels, and catering companies. With this qualification, you will be equipped with the skills and confidence to navigate the complexities of the culinary world, whether pursuing careers as skilled commis chefs or successful entrepreneurs.

Over 1,350 hours spanning 1 year, including a 6-month internship at renowned hospitality establishments within the Kathmandu Valley
